Health Coach

I work one-on-one with clients from around the world on their health concerns. As a Health Coach I provide information, exercises, support and accountability in creating sustainable lifestyle changes. The curriculum is customised for each client. These include mental exercises such as Meditation and self hypnosis, breath work, physical movements derived from Yoga and Qigong, suggested changes in food and other habits. I also use expression based exercises such as drama, writing, music or art when necessary. My focus is chronic and psychosomatic conditions though I have experience in a wider variety of lifestyle induced illnesses.
